Aarakkaal is a new startup founded in January 2024. The name "Aarakkaal” is derived from the Tamil word "ஆரக்கால்" meaning the spokes of a bull cart wheel, symbolizing the vital connection between people and drivers. Just as the spoke facilitates the movement of a bull cart, we play a crucial role in connecting people with drivers. The founder, M Karunakaran B.E., PFT., having over 9+ years of experience in the field of driving, identified the problem faced by people in finding right drivers at the right time for their commute and transport needs. With a vision to bridge this gap, he established this company.

Note : Payments for services can be made to the driver either in cash or via digital payment. The amount should be settled after the trip. Service tariff charges are subject to variation during festivals, holidays, auspicious days and peak times due to high demand. The cancellation fee is Rs 100. Night charges apply from 10 PM to 6 AM (10 PM to 1 AM - Rs 100; 10 PM to 4 AM - Rs 200). Early morning charges of Rs 100 are applicable if driver is hired before 5:59 AM.
